We Are Growing - Social Media Manager
• Work at the front desk and welcome new and returning Digita clients
• Reflecting the company’s values in order to make an exceptional first impression to all Digita clients
• Answering and directing phone calls
• They oversee the minute-by-minute needs of the office
• Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
• Ability to prepare and present seminars using PowerPoint and multimedia tools
• Maintaining, Improving & Implementing Customer Retention/Loyalty Programme
• Writing and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled internal reports
• Maintain company’s presence on social media
• Develop and maintain a digital filing system
• Exceptional knowledge of using data entry software and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and precision
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain Online Customer & Contact Lists
• Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Log Invoices & Expenses
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Assist the CEO with varied tasks and assignments

Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree and at least two years administrative experience. Certificates in Business Admin will serve the post well.
